Kathleen is an experienced marketing and advertising executive. She’s known for quickly grasping situations and applying her depth of experience to bring ideas and added value thinking. Kathleen thrives on delivering results by developing ideas and executing with excellence through teamwork.
She has been recognized throughout her career for achievements in strategic thought leadership, team leadership and mentoring, delivering business growth and results, innovation, advertising development and facilitation.
Kathleen started her career with over a decade in brand management and marketing roles, progressing through positions at Unilever and Molson.
She then applied her understanding of clients to agency roles. Kathleen held senior strategic and account leadership positions at creative agencies including Cheil, DDB, TAXI, and Cossette for a range of clients including Samsung, Canadian Tire, Boston Pizza, McDonald’s, BMO, TD, Kraft, General Mills, and Coca-Cola. In some roles Kathleen focused on strategy, and in others, she managed combined strategic and account leadership roles.
Kathleen is now bringing her boundless energy to MindFeast. Originating from a love of bringing people together and sharing food she prepares, MindFeast aims to impart a similar delight to clients by serving up an abundance of fresh thinking.
